Follow These Steps to Redeem Your Pack N’ Play
Step 1: Learn About Safe Sleep
Take a short quiz to learn safe sleep basics and become Safe Sleep Certified.
Step 2: Save Your Certificate
Download or screenshot your quiz completion certificate to qualify for your free Pack N’ Play.
Step 3: Submit a Request Form
Upload your certificate and enter your information to be considered for your free Pack N’ Play.
Take the Quiz
After Completing Steps 1-3
You’ll receive an email with a summary of your request, a timeline, and details for what happens next.
After You Submit
A regional staff member will contact you to coordinate pickup. Keep an eye out for additional communications.
When and Where to Pickup
More info will be shared in your emailed confirmation. Pack ‘n Plays cannot be distributed on weekends. Be ready to pick yours up Monday-Friday.
